Return & Exchange Policy – Global Coverage

30 days after delivery

  1. Switzerland No legal obligation to accept returns for non-defective items

A typical competitive window is 10–30 days

To simplify, you can align Switzerland with your 30-day policy, which is common among cross-border EU stores.

C) Condition of Items Items must be unused, in original condition, and with tags/packaging

Certain items may be excluded (custom items, consumables, etc.)

D) Refund Times Refund issued within 5–14 business days after the return is processed

 

Return Conditions:

 

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

We do not accept returns on personal care items, perishable goods, final-sale items, or customized products unless faulty.

 

 EXCHANGES


We accept exchanges for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Notify us within 7 days of delivery.

Send photos or video as evidence.

We’ll offer a replacement or full refund, depending on your preference and stock availability.

 

 REFUNDS


Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–14 business days.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
